Vodafone brought a new era at their customers, offering them the ability to manage their account from the palm of their hand with the new My Vodafone app. It’s completely free to use, packed with clever features and compatible with all Android and iOS devices Among key features are the ability to check their usage and keep track of their spendings as well as pay their bill or top-up via Paypal and One Click Paypal. The user experience for My Vodafone app project was executed very carefully, understanding what is working in the previous mobile app and what is failing using a combination of customer feedback, data capture /analytics and business needs. The project was delivered in co-ordination with Vodafone Group for meeting mobile app universal requirements.
