Web Contract Renewal for mobile customers was designed and implemented on March 2020 due to lockdown in Greece.
At this project I was responsible to research, conceive and user-test the customer experience for the specific product.
After performing a couple of user tests we came up with the presented design according to Vodafone brand guidelines but with a more fresh look. Our aim was to make the customer experience simple, by providing the basic elements of the offer and emphasize at the gift as a motivation to renew online.
Through analytics and rating forms, we understood that users were very happy with the overall process as it was quick,easy and they do not need to wait on a call queue or visit shops.
