Vodafone fixed customers can now upgrade their fixed plan to VDSL online, in order to enjoy fast broadband at home. When a customer is eligible to upgrade to VDSL, he receives an sms and he is redirected to an one time password page to enter his fixed number. Animations specific to fast broadband speed, were introduced in order to make the upgrade experience happy. User test results prove that the upgrade journey had a positive impact on eligible customers and overall experience was very quick and simple.
